Carpenters should be able make forms out of designs provided by architects / engineers. The forms that give the concrete structures shape should also be easy to remove from concrete once it sets. It should be durable and re-usable.
Apart from carpentry we look for candidates with good communication skills and adaptability to new situations. They should be able to work on-site as required.
